I love this coconut water and drink at least one carton of it every day. It tastes clean, slightly sweet and is very refreshing. It contains natural electrolytes and helps me to recover after an exhausting tennis match. I even drink it while on the court. I buy these several cases at a time because I go through them so fast. And being on a ketogenic diet they don't wreck my carb allowance unless I drink several in one day.
