It arrived promptly and has an expiration 2 years from now but the product is hard as brick!!! Not eligible for return! Wasted my money. **Contacted company and they said that the product was likely exposed to heat during shipment and to put it in the freezer over night. I did that and it could easily crush it back to a powder.

Tasty, easy to use, and a little goes a long way. For those that think that "caking" is a problem just crush what's in the package and add a few dried "uncooked" beans to mixture. I just used a 16 ounce plastic spice shaker bottle and went from there. Great product, I'll buy again.
