Comfortable but hard to get the cover on

We finally received the correct product and it seems well put together and supporting. I bought this for my brother who had been sleeping on the floor without support for years because of a very bad back and neck injury. He said it was very comfortable. However with his injury I can see him having a very hard time getting the cover in and off to wash. I am very able bodied and it was kicking my butt. I plan to buy another one for my house when he comes to visit. Other than that, would totally recommend.

I was pleased overall with the quality, materials used. I have let it expand as directed, but don't think it's quite 4" in thickness overall, which is why i gave a rating of 4 stars. My 6 year old grandson loved it, I ordered full size & he had plenty of room & was comfortable. For myself, I need a bit more support, but overall quite satisfied. Fills a need for guests!

WHY you might ask, well, because it's extremely versatile in use, creates no pressure points, sore back, joints sleeping no more, its light weight, thick and will last a lifetime. I used it right out of the box, but instructions say give it a couple or 4 days to fully expand. We moved from Florida to North Carolina and made it here about a week before our stuff will arrive. We tried sleeping on self-inflating camping pads, but they're way too firm. I ordered this tatami and found that it was a bit too unstructured. So I shoved the camping pads into the tatami cover with the tatami and voila! Just right. 1 star off for not delivering in one day as promised.
