Comfortable but hard to get the cover on

We finally received the correct product and it seems well put together and supporting. I bought this for my brother who had been sleeping on the floor without support for years because of a very bad back and neck injury. He said it was very comfortable. However with his injury I can see him having a very hard time getting the cover in and off to wash. I am very able bodied and it was kicking my butt. I plan to buy another one for my house when he comes to visit. Other than that, would totally recommend.

Female: 5'7 this bed is good for anyone 5'7 down. If you're 5'8 going up get a twin size xl. I wish someone had commented about this when I was searching, so I bought it blindely. But if you know your height I do hope this piece helps!
While this futon is pretty good, it's not very thick but also not thin. Futons are meant to be used with mats underneath them to make them more comfortable. They keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
BUT
The storage bag is the reason I am not to satisfied. It completely just popped right open (even the zipper unfolds on its own, that's very annoying). It tore within a month and a day, I know how to fold futons, logically to fit the storage bag. Non the less that material is thin and the stitches are absolutely not strong to store. I don't know if they can send another bag or not.

I needed a lightweight mattress for my rope bed, my previous mattress was so heavy I struggled to take it off when needing to tighten the ropes. This mattress is very lightweight, I can easily remove it to tighten the ropes. I love the feather design on it, the cover I received was extremely well made, I know cause I took a seem ripper to all the seems and am using the fabric to line my bedroom curtains. Since I'm not using the mattress on the floor, I see no need for having a cover on it. I have a mattress pad I bought shortly before buying this which works perfectly. I did have to buy a 1 1/2 inch memory foam pad because I like my mattress soft. I sleep very well on it after adding a memory foam pad. I also like the handsome Slavic looking guy in the marketing. I'm very happy with my purchase and would purchase again knowing what I know now. :)

Box was intact, vacuum sealed. Thickness and mattress density that suits what it's purpose is. I bought it as a Montessori mattress for my toddler and I feel like it's comfortable for her. I wouldn't personally be comfortable sleeping on it, as it's not thick enough for me. But she doesn't weight much and won't "bottom out" while laying on it. Though I do wish it was slightly thicker. Color is accurate seams are all good. It's what you would expect for the price

WHY you might ask, well, because it's extremely versatile in use, creates no pressure points, sore back, joints sleeping no more, its light weight, thick and will last a lifetime.
