Decided to buy this pump although they had no prior amazon reviews. it was kind of a gamble as I went in blind with no reviews to read but I didn't want a cheaper refurbished unit and like the fact that it was a new pump. Thought I would give the manufacturer a chance on this new product. Had my mechanic install it and he said it was a direct replacement fit. Replace steering box at the ser same time and had to turn wheel lock to lock many times to bleed all the air out but now it is quiet and functioning perfectly. Also had good customer service with some questions I had. So I'm pleased so far. Will update if unit fails or has issues. But none yet!
