Surprisingly it does the job PERFECTLY

I had been having issues with water pooling up inside of my garage near the door after heaving rains. No matter the wind direction, there was always some sort of pooling up. Over time it started to expand even more so it led me to believe it was a combination of the poor seal on the garage door itself as well as the slant with my driveway/garage entrance so I took a gamble on this thing.
I cut it down to size to span across the entire garage door (plus a lil extra), was easy enough to cut with a pair of scissors. I initially laid it down flat and let the garage door close down on it so I could outline where I needed to set this thing. Once done, I just used a bottle of liquid nails I had laying around from home depot rather than deal with any recommended adhesive (I didnt order the adhesive with my purchase). The liquid nails appears to be holding just fine.
I finally had a strong rain storm the other night and there was not a spot of water in my garage so I believe this thing is doing the job its intended to do. I absolutely love it. The only thing that some people may be mindful of is the "curb" it has which may make it more difficult for people with bikes to get in/out. My vehicles go right over with no issues so its a non-factor for me.
Overall, 5/5 and highly recommended.

Very good product! the 10 ft X 12 ft overhead doors were leaking during heavy storms and this product solved the problem. When installed per the instructions there has been no leakage under the doors for the past year.

I purchased this for my 14' x 12' insulated metal door on my shop. I always got a large water infiltration under the door before adding this sill material. I used Gorilla construction adhesive (2 tubes for the 14 foot door). After allowing to cure for a couple of days, and pulling my 20,000 lb RV over the sill several times, I can verify that it's very durable. I'm very pleased with the product and think you will be too!
