The media could not be loaded. The height is taller than I anticipated but that's great!
The instructions that came with it were really vague. I was happy to see that there was a QR code for assembly instructions but it only led to the online catalog to buy more stuff. No assembly instructions. Basically, you have to look at the illustration on the paper instructions, plug all the tubes together, add water, then plug it into the outlet for power. The water comes out immediately. I wish it would let us know how much water to put in the base, but it didn't. I added approximately 120 oz of water and it seems to be fine. That's equal to about 4 quarts.

I like the overall design and size which fits perfectly in my bedroom decor. Just a small light (picture makes it look brighter than what it actually is) and faint water sound to fall asleep. Pump is quiet. Disliked the assembly instructions. Call or send an email to the manufacturer and they will walk you through the process which is simple.

A bit smaller than I thought it would be however it is pleasing to the eye and easy to assemble.
In terms of the water fall not making much noise like ppl want. Idk what they are talking about as it makes a nice waterfall sound, not to low, not to high.
