Overall great product. It exceeds my expectations for what I needed. The overall quality is good, my only complaint would be that the door is assembled crooked. The metal portions on each side of the glass are not even, but this is adjustable with the included washers.
As stated in the headline, the customer service is excellent. The box came in looking like the shipping company didn't care about the fragile markings and this is nothing the seller can control. They replaced my plastic door latches that were damaged during shipping. It is hard to find excellent customer service and that makes up for, in my opinion, any little cosmetic gripes I may have.

Inexpensive and easy to assemble

I needed a fast solution for a client that was, "running before they could walk." This unit showed up in a box that was extra secure. I had no need to worry about bent or broken pieces, which was a plus. I assembled the unit in thirty minutes and began racking within an hour. The unit's sheet metal is flimsy in pieces but once built it feels solid. The only issue I have is with how flimsy the door feels. To be clear, this unit is easily broken into. Ensure you are placing this device behind a secure door. If your client requires higher-end security then look elsewhere.

This server rack is great, however putting it together is a challenge. The instructions should be change to install the server rack internal brackets befor installing the rack top. This allows more space to work with the internal brackets installation.

-Came with shelves, power strip, and casters
-Good quality considering the price
Cons:
-Not Heavy Duty, basically this is for a light office or home environment
-Needs some mechanical experience to put together due to its "affordability"
-Some parts are cheap plastic and were damaged during shipment

Made of sheet metal of medium thickness, it is sturdier than I had expected. They sent plenty of hardware so I did not worry about running out before completing assembly. One advantage of the light-weight build is that it is much lighter than I expected too. This is perfect for my needs, I can pick it up when it is empty, and I am not a strong person. Although some of the details are plastic the frame and panels are actually good quality. The casters they sent me are really high quality. Overall it was much better than I had expected, especially for the price. Just keep in mind you will need to have some true mechanical experience to assemble it easily.
The only real caveat was that the clips on the side panels were really chewed up in shipping. If the manufacturer had thought to put the clips in the box pf hardware they would have been fine...
