When I need a breakfast that is filling and low-carb I put one in the toaster and head out the door to start my morning.
Sola Bagels - Sweet & Buttery
Heather L.✓ Verified Purchase•September 27, 2023
Personally, I prefer the taste of the plain Sola bagels. These taste sweet, not particularly buttery though that may be because I don't eat them plain. Toppings may have hid that aspect. Keto bagels, though good, do not taste exactly like regular full carb bagels. Freeze well, filling, high fiber content.
Great taste

A Very Good Tasting Bagel for Those Who Require Less Carbs!!
mark m.✓ Verified Purchase•August 17, 2023
I have now tried 3 or 4 different brands of similar "high fiber," "low net carb" bagels and I have to say that if I stay true to my latest (can you say nearly all my adult life!!) quest to reduce the amount of Carbs that I put into my mouth, that I finally believe I have found the ONE. Do they taste like water boiled bagels made in NYC, no they do not. But those "original' beauties are available here in the South or most places outside of the Northeast to be fair. But compared to others that I have found frozen in the grocery stores and two others that I have purchased and had shipped to me, like I had these sent to me, with a smear of cream cheese and a nice toasting, these are more than worthy to "dunk" into my morning coffee and enjoy. Would, no Definitely Will be purchasing these again..
