I ordered these to display my kid's artwork on my office wall, and they work great for that purpose. However, I was really disappointed by the packaging, or lack thereof. All three are clipped together in a plastic back, and between being clipped together and having no exterior padding, all of them have surface scratches all over. It was more hassle than it was worth to return/exchange (mostly because I feel like all of them will have the same issue.) I would not recommend if your clips are going to be a focal point or regularly viewed up close.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews but, the two we received turned out to be in perfect shape. not one dent or scratch on them whatsoever.. i did choose black since most of the complaints where about the silver ones, guess that was a good choice..
reason for only 4 starts is they have no griping power. they go on large kibble bags great but, they slide about some for there is no gripping backing on these and they aren't actually very strong as far as closing unto things goes"¦i'm kind of okay with that part for if they were too strong they would probably be too hard for me to open them to put on bags..
either-way no current damage issues with clips being sent out..
