Clean toner that saves money! My skin loves it!

This toner is the best toner I have used. Not only is it clean, packed with vitamins and plant extracts and is environmentally conscious, but it makes my skin look better than ever.
How does it save me money? I no longer use cotton pads which create waste, are costly, and absorb much of the products, but I also use less serum and moisturizer, as this first layer actually draws my other products in, so I don't use as much.
It is also much less expensive than other toners that I've purchased.
I love the refreshing feel, that it is made here in the USA and doesn't do any animal testing. I've always loved products that were based on plant extracts and marine extracts. They just seem to give my skin the best results. My skin is glowing but not oily or greasy. It looks healthy and refreshed.

This product is such a great add in to a skincare routine, especially when wearing makeup regularly.
