I use these with a "commercial" sealer from Cabela's. It's just a beefier unit than the standard thing from the department stores. Anyway these bags work perfectly. They cut fine with the cutter in the sealer. The seal is nice and uniform. The wall thickness is fine for everything I've done. I've used them for sausage, jerky, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, cheese, marinating meats, etc. Had a really dry and sharp piece of jerky cause a puncture and a rib bone one time also caused a puncture. Other than these bags have been perfect.

These fit into my Hamilton Beach sealer perfectly which makes it easy to cut the bags to size. I just repacked 10 lbs of chicken breasts and a dozen boneless pork chops into individual serving packs. Every single one of the packages sealed perfectly. I was surprised by the set of labels that were included with these rolls, they are really nice and helpful to mark the packages. I will definitely purchase from this seller again.
