I love the way it's designed but the installation was a little difficult.

Good quality, seems hand made. Appears not made by automation. So each has slight variation in welding, it seems.
Flap spring system could be better, appears hand made with a simple idea, not a great spring either.
Looks very modern, very clean and very attractive. This is the biggest positive.
The flap spring lost some strength after I exercised the flap vigorously to test it, and will no longer completely close the flap. Otherwise I'm pleased with it.
Installation in a stucco house wall was not easy, as you have to drill two size holes, and it's hard to accurately locate where to drill so you end up make a bit of a mess constantly trying to get it to fit. Beyond the large hole for the screw base sockets which are welded to the back of the faceplate, you need to drill further smaller holes beyond through the rest of the wall or door for the screws. But this turned out to be a very good system, despite the work, and the mis-drilling mess is hidden behind the face plate, and it holds very securely.
