Travel is shorter than main section. It means you can not use it in anything that needs a complete 90 degrees or more, unless you have the posibility of hooking it up at any given distance, giving you no flexibility to play with. They need to increase the male travel side more, larger than the main section, at least 1 inch or even more.
An item as such, again, should have some flexibility in its design, as you always do not have enough area, or the perfect position to install it ( a box and alike) when needed a gas schock strut.
