I was in for a surprise when I received this drill press at the nice quality and features.
Only thing it needed was a place to store it's tools.
I drilled 4 holes in the pipe stand plastic cap. 3 friction fit for the Allen wenches. A loose fit for the chuck key. Even comes with a spare set if motor brushes.

I bought a Hyper Tough 5 amp 3/8 inch variable speed drill from Walmart which fits this stand. This stand is not for heavy duty projects, but is fine for light hobby work or repair jobs around the house. Adjustments are a little awkward but sufficient. The stand doesn't take up much room, which is why I bought it.
