This is pretty much as I expected. It is very clear and nice looking when mounted. My only problem is the enclosed installation sheet. I'm a visual learner. So I looked at the pics and it showed the pens upright with the color tops facing up. However, the instructions say point the pens down. Small detail but contradictory. Don't let my quirk stop you from buying it. It's attractive and pretty sturdy.

Ordered this to put in the garage so we can keep track of pool test results and chemicals added. Board adhered easily with magnets to metal garage cabinets, as did marker holder. Neon markers show up easily even with the dark cabinets behind them.
I took off one star for these issues: 1) description says there are seven markers, there are only four. Title is correct but description is not. 2) Insert for instructions is not very clear, you have to refer to the Amazon description for some of the information. 3) There is a little yellow square included, no idea what it's for. Picture shows it stuck on the cabinet but it's not magnetic, so what is it for? Same question about what looks like an eraser, it is magnetic but the instructions on Amazon say to wipe with a damp cloth.I tried it as an eraser and it mostly worked but just smeared neon marker on the eraser (?) part.
So - if you want a nice clear wipe-off note board this one is great as long as you don't expect the description to be either fully accurate or describe all of the contents and their purposes.

I really like my board. It looks exactly how it's pictured. I gave it a 4 because the magnetic eraser fell off the magnetic. It does comes with another eraser but the convenience of having the eraser handy is gone.

The markers need to be shaken a lot for the first use and you have to press down several times to see the colors come through. Once, you see the colors they write beautifully. Erasing takes a little bit more work, but I am very impressed with the appearance and satisfied with this purchase overall!
