One container leaked and black slippery epoxy was all over both containers. They are wrapped in plastic together so that kept mess from spreading. - until I tried to open it. It was a huge mess - all over me and everything else. Box says to check for damage before accepting but it was left on porch, I didn't have a chance to look at it before delivery person left. Also due to the mess, I couldn't tell where leak was coming from, damage or unsealed lid. I have used this product before with no issues. Hopefully this was a one off.

I have been reading and reading for weeks about epoxy floor coatings. My new pole barn is about 900 sqft and a new concrete floor. Waiting 6 weeks for the concrete to cure was the longest 6 weeks I have had in a while. One thing I have read is the coverage and some reviews seem to say they ran short. I was very apprehensive about this so I had ordered 4 3 gallon kits. 6 gallons for the first coat and 6 for the second along with 300lbs of flake. I rented a concrete grinder for a full day but finished the floor in 2 hours. When I returned the grinder my son was already mixing the color powder into the first 3 gallon kit. Followed the same procedures I have seen in 15 different YouTube videos on prep, pouring and flake tossing.

The 1st coat was fantastic"¦ the following morning when dry, it looked great. The 18" roller was HOT when I removed it from the handle from the catalytic reaction. HOT enough to drop on the ground from the high heat. It dried overnight and we Mixed the second batch for the second coat. it was better coverage and easier to go quickly. The spike shoes are absolutely necessary and the cheap ones fall off easily so put them on securely and double check them. Took an hour to re-coat"¦done

24 hours later the floor was hard enough to to walk on and looked spectacular. I have 2 friends who saw in the next day and are ordering the mpc-100 epoxy for their buildings

I was a little concerned about the negative reviews. I called the seller, they returned my call very quickly, after explaining the concerns I read from negative reviews, Alex explained the directions for mixing and applying. My wife in I applied 6 gallons to 650 square foot office and it went great. Easy to distribute with a squeegee and rolled with an 18" and 9", 1/4 nap rollers. 6 gallons was more than enough, we had material left over that we layout out in high traffic areas. Temperature was around 70 degrees F, we did not have to rush. Just do not keep it in bucket too long, if you have to, mix it every few minutes.

The media could not be loaded. PLEASE GET EXTRA ..... So we thought 1 would be enough but it wasn't and we had to come back for another batch. From what we read we thought we were good of square footage but it just didn't cover like it was supposed to, after buying another 2 we went over the first and it turned out absolutely gorgeous 🥰 was completely dry in 24 hours .

I just put it down on our shop floor. I assure you I did nothing to prep the floor other then sweep it. It looks great and is holding up perfect
