It all started because my daughter was confused when she discovered that 'balsa' was an answer to a Wordle puzzle. In the 1950s all of us kids constructed and flew balsa wood airplanes. To introduce some nostalgia to my daughter and my grandkids, I purchased these balsa wood models. They haven't changed a whit, and everybody had fun constructing, launching, and participating in an activity their grandmother used to enjoy. Now everyone understands what balsa wood is.
