Interesting variety but had higher hopes for the Classic

I knew the Apollo was a novelty sauce and it doesn't disappoint. It's *hot*, not super great flavor but at least has a flavor, and effects have worn off after 10-15 minutes with a lasting tingle. I know people who would be undone by this sauce, and others that would find it a fun challenge. It's right on the edge for me.
Los Calientes Verde is properly hot, and delicious without lasting pain. I've just been sprinkling a few corn chips on a plate and dribbling this sauce on it every day. Going through the bottle pretty quick.
The Classic though.. not my favorite. A little vinegary, a little peppery, extremely thin and runny, but not all that yummy. Not tasting sweet or maple at all. This is all subjective of course, but that's just my opinion. I was hoping for more given how often the guests gush over it.

These hot sauces are amazing! If you like hot sauce these are a must. The Appolo has some kick but great flavor. I got these so I could taste test them with some friends and we all fell inlove with them. We live here in the Southwest so green Chilli goes on everything and spicey is apart of the state of New Mexico and didn't faze us much, so go slow but trust me it's worth it.
