The only reason I gave the assembly a 4 is because the drawings are not great and there is not a word of explanation for the very hard to understand drawing of the locking mechanism. My previous understanding of how the drawer SHOULD have worked is the only reason I could figure it out. I like that I was able to get it shipped to me (2) boxes to I could manage, and with a hand dolly was able to maneuver to where it should be. I also liked that I was able to put it together myself with only a little assistance to line up and put the drawers in. Overall it was a good experience.

I had read previous reviews that caused me a little concern when buying this file cabinet. I thought I'd leave comments on the two aspects that caused me some difficulty. 1) There is a locking bar located forward in the top cover. It has two spring-loaded pins on each side. Do yourself a favor and look at the video that is provided in the product listing. 2) I encountered a problem with the drawers not lining up in a level fashion. The top drawer would not close all the way. The problem turned out to be the drawer not fully seating into the four locating tabs. The picture attached (taken from insider the drawer) shows the tab fully seated.
