I ordered a bike that had been updated and changed significantly from what was pictured on Amazon. The customer service was very helpful, with quick follow up to resolve my complaint and the errant pictures were removed from Amazon quickly.
The bike itself is of fair quality. There are some rough spots in the paint, and there are places near the top of the forks where the polishing before chrome was inadequate. The bosses for the disc brake caliper won't allow half the brake pad to contact the disc and will not allow adjustment to compensate for chain tension.
The bike rides nice and looks great )if your not looking hard and close). Despite the shortcomings listed above I would by from Tracer again because of their distinct products and great customer service.

I love this bike I'm 5"11 280 lbs. and this bike makes me look and feel like a kid.
Only problem is the front tire seems a little lumpy but I'm going to give it time to see what's up with it.
