I often buy things and don't use them for a while... knowing I will need them someday... so this little tool spent months sitting on the shelf and Saturday there was a HUGE windstorm and it blew a very tall tree down in my front yard. Sunday I arranged for the young man who's been tending my yard off and on for the past year or so, to come and "process" the tree. He and his friend were supposed to be here today (Tuesday) at 8 or 9, but it was looking kinda stormy out and I would not have blamed them for not coming at all. But I thought I'd get out my little chainsaw and do what I could, to help speed their work. Wow! I cut all the branches with foliage off the main trunk that was downed... and it was SO much FUN! By the time the weather cleared a little and they showed up, there was just the bare bones of the tree for them to process. They did have to cut down the "twin tree" that was growing like a Siamese twin with the downed tree - and they did a marvelous job with a 60" chainsaw and I was very pleased with their work - but I was very happy with my part in the work aswell. What a wonderful little tool. THANK YOU, whoever made this tool possible and available... I can see more uses for it now that I've tested its talents. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It is super great for trim bushes and over grown areas. After a few week the batteries started to last less and less with time. I reported that to Amazon. Had a new one in 3 days! Will see if it does the same. Very light weight but could really hurt someone without steady hands. It maybe small but it is powerful.

I bought this a year ago for camping, thanks to a friend of mine who used a similar-sized saw to cut up a few branches for firewood (before his batteries died). I bought one when I got home, and while I take it with me camping, I have pulled it out for the occasional small-branch tree trim around the house. But last week, we experienced a big storm and lost a big tree branch. So, I topped off the batteries, thinking I'd need both, and got to work. In 20 minutes, and on one battery with plenty of juice to go, I cut the tree branch up into compost-bin pieces. The results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.
