I use this as an additive to really dirty work clothes to make sure there are no lingering "work" odors. I also deal in vintage and antique clothing and linens, and this works very well as a soak to remove the "old age yellowing and toning" that textiles get with age. It can take 12-24 hours, and on the most toned items, maybe a second soak, but it works very well......much better that the Restoration product I used to use.

I love BIz and I use it for soaking all my whites and stains. It works just as well as oxiclean but it's cheaper so it's not a hardship to make an extra strong batch for heavily stained items. Use it with warm-hot water for best results. It can be irritating to hands so I would recommend using gloves when stirring to disolve or moving clothes around when doing a deep soak.

It's a good product.. I will buy again.

My female cat started marking/scenting on our laundry, I threw away a lot of clothes, sheets, towels, and blankets because I just couldn't get the horrible smell out...and if I made the mistake of washing the items that had cat pee on them with other clothes, the scent would transfer onto every item in the load! I had to throw a lot of items away and it was costing me a lot of money. I'm able to get the smell out now! I have a remarkably strong sense of smell. I can smell in layers...I swear I must've been a bloodhound in a past life, lol. I'm not able to pick up even a tiny trace of the scent now! If you've been wondering what could possibly work, this has been my method:
1. I do my best to locate the pee spot (using a black light if I have to) and spray it with Rocco & Roxie Professional Strength Stain & Odor Eliminator. I saturate the spot and let it sit for at least 15-20 mins.
2. I use Tide pods (2-3), a half scoop of Biz, a scoop of OxiClean, 3-4 scent pods (or a cap of scent beads), and 1/2 - 1 cup of Nature's Miracle Laundry Booster all together for one load.
(I know that sounds like a lot, but this is war and cast pee is a powerful enemy...nuke that stench!)
3. When the load is finished, sniff. Sniff it real good and deep. If it has even the tiniest hint of yucky cat pee, DON'T DRY!
You will need to wash again.
I was able to get the smell out of clothes that marinated in the pee for weeks. They smell so good now!
