It's for my son's 3rd birthday. He loves dinosaurs. So he loves this gift. But one of the two little cars doesn't work. We found a plastic gear was broken. My son loves to play with the other car in the box. He is waiting for me to get it fixed. But I failed many times to fix the broken gear. Now I want to know can I get that truck replaced?

So easy to put together they didn't even put instructions! Look at box and you'll catch on quickly! Only downfall was my daughter held a car to close to her head while running and ripped out a big chunk of hair"¦ she has easily learned not to do that again! After getting the pieces out I was able to get the car back up and running but it then caught another piece"¦ very annoying for same day we opened this all happened but it was not the company's fault and this is such an awesome buy! Such a cool track!! Huge hit with my 2 and 3 1/2 year old! And side note yes my daughter is okay!

Update 4/2/23: I'm updating my review because I received an email from customer service offering a $15 gift card to Amazon to purchase more cars that work on this track. Since they don't sell the track and cars separately through this company, they sent me a gift card to replace the cars. I am purchasing more cars for my son just in time for Easter and spring break. Great costumer service!!!
The track and cars are great. My son loves it! However I will need to find out if I can buy replacement cars. The current cars were fast and durable, however after running the cars on the track on the carpet, hair and string were caught around the axels of the cars and now they do not run. I have tried using tweezers and other tools to remove the string and hair but it's unsuccessful. It is a wonderful toy just needs to be run on a table or hard wood floor or mat.
