This vinegar is so mild and flavorful one could drink it. Makes a fantastic salad dressing. It is very dark, looks like a balsamic. Yes it is a large container however I say buy it as vinegar lasts for years. Great value and the best and most real tasting I have ever had.

Unable to find any raspberry vinegar in the stores this year. I make a cranberry conserve every year for Thanksgiving and Holiday baked Brie. My recipe called for 12 oz.
