We homeschool and so we are always on the lookout for things that our son shows interest in. Right now its the moon and stars! He is on the younger side but we had so much fun putting this together with each other. The instructions for assembly were easy for us to follow. The same night we went outside to look for the moon and stars, unfortunately it was a very cloudy night and we couldn't find anything BUT he got a HUGE kick out if looking at the leaves in various trees near us. He absolutely LOVES the camera remote and I now have a ton of black circles (he was taking photos even when it wasn't set up yet haha). We spend about 30 mins most nights looking at the stars and can't wait to take it camping with us in a couple of weeks! Great telescope and hours of fun! and its educational... can't go wrong!
