Update. Had the chair looked at after making a complaint to Amazon and my cc company.
There is A CRIMPED WIRE FOR THE REMOTE THAT HAS EXPOSED WIRES TOUCHING A BOLT. NO WONDER IT DOESN'T WORK!! A FIRE HAZARD IN MY HOME!!
NO HELP FROM AMAZON.
CC COMPANY IS GOING AFTER AMAZON AND THIS 3RD PARTY SELLER.
HONESTLY I BELIEVE THAT A NEW REMOTE WITH WIRE TO PLUG IN TO WIRING HARNESS WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.
DO NOT LIKE THE ATTITUDE I RECEIVED FROM AMAZON ACTING LIKE THEIR HANDS ARE TIED TO HELP ME THOUGH.

I ordered this chair for my mother upon the advise of her doctor. Had a bit of problems with the shipping, not due to the vendor, but due to FedEx being FedEx, that meaning TERRIBLE!! FedEx either lost or damaged the chair in transit the first time it was sent, and the seller immediately sent a replacement. Afterwhich FedEx STILL gave me the runaround. I contacted the seller who stayed on FedEx for them to get the chair to me expeditiously. The entire time they stayed in contact with me, and every message I sent, they answered within hours. The customer service is IMPECCABLE!! They were always very courteous, and sympathetic to my needs. They even offered to send a prompt, full refund, which I declined because I needed the chair for my mother.
Finally when I was able to retrieve the chair from FedEx, I shipped it to my parents. Both my parents are in their 70s. My dad assembled the chair, and said it was rather easy to do. It took about 20 minutes max. My mother LOVES the chair. She said it's comfortable and functions exactly as advertised. So all around we are pleased with this purchase.
Aside from the shipping, which was definitely NOT the vendors fault, I'd definitely recommend purchasing from this vendor. Their product is as promised, and their professionalism and courtesy when dealing with their customers, is rather impressive and top notch. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

We bought this chair for my sister in law who was diagnosed with ALS. She is 6 feet tall and this chair is perfect for her. She spends a lot of time in it so having a comfortable chair is important. She loves the massage and heat option and the cup holders are extremely useful. After 10 months the one side of the cushion caved in making it more difficult for her to stand with her diagnosis. I reached out to the sellers and they were super helpful and quick at sending us a new bottom to fix the issue.
