This product has saved me from calling 911 twice now and has paid for itself with-in 24 hours arriving. I like the fact that I do not have to use electricity to operate it, and it is very efficient. Putting it together was not all that hard, once I started. Four Screws was all that it required, and I am not mechanically efficient, although my husband is, he was not available at that moment to assist. It looks intimating, but once you logically look at it, it makes sense. I personally would recommend this product to anyone who suspects this may be an issue in the future in your household or for a loved one. Some days are good days, some are bad days... It is nice to know I have a solution that doesn't involve a 911 call. Thank you so very much for sending the product quickly.

The product works but information about how to use it is had to use. Missing safety instructions for sling. Valve tab arrived broken. Red plastic bumper improperly formed failed to fit. Replacement parts were provided at no charge.

Fortunately, we have never had to use this yet. Nonetheless, I take comfort in knowing we have it. If I were to fall I cannot get up by myself or with my wife's help. Our only option is 911 and I truly hate that. Note, we did not get the version with a battery powered lift. We did not want to have to deal with recharging the battery on a regular basis. Based on our testing, I know my petite wife can easily lift me.

The lifter worked well, but I lived in an apartment and we needed it to move our daughter to the bathroom and the lifter was too big to get in. We tried many ways but we weren't able to put her in the bathroom.
