The Package arrived on time, actually a bit early. Assembly was straightforward. What I like most is the overall size which makes it easy to maneuver in a household setting. The position of the lifted person makes it easy to transfer from place to place. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. After sales customer service is fast, friendly and excellent.

My wife has largely been confined to a wheelchair, and more recently, unable to do a manual transfer to a wheelchair. This lift has made it incredibly easy to get her in and out of bed, whether it is for a transfer to her wheelchair or to furniture, as well as to and from the vehicle.

Assembly was straightforward and took about an hour. Directions were minimal, but the videos showed everything needed. Build quality is solid, in that I trust it to its weight capacity. Mechanical connections are solid, as are the welds.

This lift is the only way that I am able to take my husband to appointments without having to buy a wheelchair van. It easily folds and fits in the back of the car. The 8 straps take a bit of getting used to. I numbered the straps and wrote the corresponding numbers on the lift to make it easy to see where to put each strap. I also like that the legs spread wide enough to fit around my husband's recliner.

The lift is excellent quality and works exactly as it's supposed to. My sister and I purchased it for my elderly father with mobility issues. We communicated with the seller before making the purchase. Since the price tag is considerably more than my usual Amazon purchases, I was a bit nervous. The seller answered all my questions and assured me that if it did not work for my dad, I could return it. Additionally, they expedited delivery which I greatly appreciated.

When the lift arrived, it was very easy to put together and worked perfectly. I was amazed at how smoothly it moved up and down with a simple push of a button. My dad uses a mechanical hoyer lift that has a lever you have to move up and down, which is very archaic. This lift is modern and, being electrical, so much easier to use.

Unfortunately, we realized my dad's mobility issues were worse than we realized as he could not sit on the edge of the bed in order for us to properly adjust the seat of the lift around and under him. The description clearly warns if the patient cannot sit up, that will be a problem and it won't work for the patient. Not the seller's fault as I was the one who did not realize my dad could not do this.

I contacted seller regarding the return process when I realized it would not work for my dad, and they went above and beyond in assisting me with the return process. I was so impressed with how gracious, understanding and communicative they were. They really guided me through the process and ensured I received my refund in full.

I cannot speak more highly of the seller and the product itself. If my dad had more core strength to sit upright, this lift would have been a God send.
