While I don't use this energy drink as a boost before exercising, I do use it for my general boost for the day. I don't like coffee or tea and I was looking for a way to get rid of using pop for my caffeine, partially because I'm diabetic and partially just to get rid of the pop. I searched online and found these. I managed to find a single can at my local grocery store and fell in love.
These drinks are perfect for me. They have just the right amount of caffeine for me. The sparkling factor makes me feel like I'm drinking pop. And there's very little carbs so my blood sugar doesn't skyrocket from drinking it. It also helps me combat some of the effects of having chronic fatigue. The drinks power me through the work day and I find I'm more productive at work which is great!
