Purchased several bows I returned because of low quality or false specifications but this one is best quality recurve for the price hands down amazing construction and materials would recommend anyday to anyone looking for a starting bow.
- the accessories are sooo nice, clean and not plastic - the protective guards are like leather
- the riser is comfortable, not too heavy but sturdy
- limbs are nicely crafted, with the creative xp logo on them (i don't mind the writing)
- everything is packed tightly with protective bubbles
- easy to assemble, full instructions added - stringer included
Arrows aren't included so get some good carbon arrows. That's all you need. Great value.

The directions were hard to understand in parts and it came with things that didn't have any indication of what there use was. I only figured out what some of the items were because it was pictured in the manual. If you ship items then they should come with a manual on all items shipped.

I am an experienced archer (15 years+), the bow seems to be extremely well made with nice design and execution. The string is the correct length and premium quality. If you don't know how to string it and the detailed user manual doesn't help (it was great for me), look up a video on YouTube or something before trying until you snap the limbs... I got a 40 lbs (right-hand - they don't have now left hand) and it works/performs great, have been using it for just about 2-3 weeks.

I was able to add the included sight and arrow rest thanks to the mounting holes which was why I like aluminum risers. The accessories are high-quality and they would cost a fortune if I needed to buy them separately. No arrows included, use carbon good arrows, don't settle for cheap ones because the bow shoots well but you need good arrows.

I have been shooting bows for over 30 years, bows of all kinds. This compound is fantastic, short enough to be a brush bow, yet powerful enough to bring down what ever your hunting. And it's so simple to set up with great directions. I love this compound bow, you could spend more on a nice bow, but why ? Great bow with a great price.
