The media could not be loaded. I loved this backpack when it arrived, my daughter was really happy. Only thing is that my daughters school required them to set them on the ground at the beginning and end of class, that combined weight of the bag and moisture from a water bottle caused tearing within a week. Definitely well made with the expectation of the water bottle holder which was the part that tore. Overall a beautiful backpack.

To start off my daughter loves it .. it is a very nice a spacious back pack with lots of pockets.. the zippers on the other hand don't seem to strong, but have held up so far. The only thing that has actually fallen apart is the bottom of the shoulder adjuster straps has come undone and frayed apart.. nothing some scissors and a lighter can't fix for the time being
