This item, hands down works better than my current range finder, which I paid a lot more $$$$ for. My old range find wouldn't give me a accurate reading or no reading at all. My brother has a $700 one, and we compared them"¦ literally equal in results. The battery didn't need to be charged all season, and I play 6 days a week. It's been over a year now and it's still working great. And to be honest, I've only charged it once!
It is light and plastic, but that's the only compromise you make, ya gotta treat it with respect. The carrying case is quite nice, and has a couple ways to attach to your bag. All said and done, I'm very happy.
