I love the fact that it came with a clip to hold the hose to attach to the sink. It fit right into my tub. Of course I wash comforters at the laundry mat. It's very convenient for me to use, cleans the clothes really well, easy to use. Downside is 1 load equals 2. For an apartment size washer that I can wash and rinse also spin the the clothes pretty dry. Just have to wash the clothes measure your soap for the size of your load to wash clothes, once it's filled to desired amount of water, set the timer and let the water run out. Fill the washer with water again and add softener if you like and set the timer to rinse the clothes then that's when I put the clothes in the spinner set to five due to it being full, of course set timer depending on how much you have in the spinner. Put clothes in the dryer. Simple to me and it was cheaper than my last one by about almost $90 dollars. It doesn't run my electric bill high either. I'd recommend to anyone living in an apartment with limited space.

Doesn't wash, doesn't drain, doesn't spin! But she tries! I trashed the original packaging and it will cost me $30 to pack it. I got a return label but to expensive to repack! I already contacted customer service and I am hoping for a full refund. Can't post videos in the seller's chat.

Update: Changing to 5 stars because I got a replacement and working good. I really like this machine for my small loads no need to hand wash. Did not have to pack the old one. Hoping for the new one to last me a lot. Wendy from customer service was great. Thanks :)

This Machine is incredible washes perfectly & spins dry wonderfully. It's so worth the money I sent pictures to my children and others. I told them I purchased it from Amazon. My daughter was so impressed how it washes and Spins dry. I Love it . It's very quiet as well. The only thing I wish the drain pipe was longer or I could attach it to make it longer I can't put it over my Sink . So I had to put it drain pipe over a tall pail. Other than that itsExcellent. I did get a warranty .

The media could not be loaded. I live in a 5th wheeler and I'm tired of spending time and money at the laundromat. This item has a decent price and the washing procedure reminds me of old times when people had to wash, rinse, spin and repeat. Each cycle only needs a few minutes though. There is enough space in the shower and my sink is close enough so the inlet hose is not too short for my needs. I can even use my shower head to fill the water if I'm inpatient. The water drains easily into the shower. The spinning cycle is sometimes a little lowder but sometimes very qiet. My mom told me it depends in which way I lay down the laundry. I trust her because she's an East German lady who used to wash her laundry like that. When I did my first wash I started the cycle while it was set to drain.
The machine started but all the water came out the drain hose while it was running. I was worried because I thought I damaged the machine like it was written in the manual. However, it still works and I learned to pay more attention. The laundry is clean, smells fresh and is pretty dry after the spinning cycle. I put my clothes on a hanger and it doesn't need much time until it's completely dry. I hope this review helps. I know it's a tough decision but so far I'm really happy. Will keep you updated...

Update: Still going strong after months of use 💪

No noise, easy to use, practical, fast and fit more clothes than what I expected. Really lightweight when empty. It could use larger hoose for input and drainaige but otherwise is great
