The product does a great job with the moving parts and the heat. It's got a very strong push on your back, and that's unique in something like this. I was skeptical of the air bag bits, but those actually aren't bad either. The vibrations are good, not great. The heat is really nice. With all the parts together, you should notice an improvement in your back and neck.
However, the straps used to attach the massager to an office chair are cheaply made and cheaply sewn to the massager, so they broke very quickly.
I did buy some alternative straps to clip onto it and strap it on the chair, but the product was a bit of an investment to have to fix it within the first two weeks.

There are many different settings, the neck pillow is adjustable, I'm 5'5", and I adjusted the neck to the lowest setting to fit!
