This item is great! I was paying a chiropractor for a year using the same sytem except his had the bars that came up to hang on to. Purchased to save money, easy to use, quiet to operate, like the music feature but mostly the different modes to use. I has tried each one, I start my day with yoga or swimming. I did try running but found it to be harsher on my body, you will want to work your way up to that setting. This unit works the tiny muscles between the vertebrae and really releaves the stress in my neck and shoulders. Plus the benefits of working all muscle groups for 10 minutes. Extremely helpful to my well being.

This is my first vibrating plate. I like this product. I wish that the remote would work better. I can only get it to work if i put the remote directly nearly touching the unit, resulting in disrupting my workout to be able the change the settings throughout the exercising. I wish that the elastic bands that come with it were longer. I'm 5 feet yet the bands are still small/short for me to be able to work on my arms. Other than that it's a decent product. Also, I cannot workout one leg at the time if standing up on the unit. Standing on one leg causes unit to go off balance and the suction cup lift off the floor. I only weight 125 pounds. In overall is a decent startup unit. It does the basics. Machine also aids in releasing tension and muscle knots throughout the body.
