This is a great product for the price. I have 3 dogs and two cats. I use it daily to pick up animal hair and love it!

I'm extremely satisfied with this robot vacuum. Because this is the first robot vacuum cleaner that I've owned, I have the advantage of being able to focus on the two primary questions that matter the most to me when deciding whether this product is one worth owning. Those two primary questions are:

1) Does it work? Yes, it does.
2) Does it do that job that I got it for without me having to spend more money, or invest more of my time, into getting it to do that job? Yes. Yes, it does.

I have a nine year old, american longhair, cat. She sheds something fierce throughout my home. I am allergic to dander & fur. This complicates our relationship & I am sure she notices it as much as I do.

I do vacuum & clean my cat's hair around my home on a regular basis. Over the years, I've grown to enjoy this activity of vacuuming. When shopping around for a robot vac, I was not looking for a product that would replace my need to vacuum. What I wanted was something that could aid me with cleaning my home during the times between my scheduled chores. This product does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I was very happy when it did it's job for the first time.
It criss-crossed over the medium pile carpet in my livingroom & then took off across the linoleum floors in my kitchen where it criss-crossed over that too. It was able to switch between the two (very different) surfaces without struggling & without damaging my base boards.

It does not have the most powerful suction in the world but it is able to clean sufficiently after making multiple pass-overs. The reason this is not an issue at all-- not in any way-- is because it does the job while I'm taking a shower or meal-prepping for work the next day. The extra sweeper brushes, the fact that I can control it using the included remote, or via in app, is a plus for me. The remote & the app work flawlessly. It also came with magnetic strips to place around the entrance of my hallway & bathroom. This magnetic strip forces the vacuum to turn around & not allow it in those areas of my home.

The one thing I don't like about this product is that it does not come with stick-on costumes. I want to dress it up as a turtle so I can have something to laugh at as it chases my cat around the house. This add-on would only serve the purpose of humoring me. It would not make this vac any better or worse in purpose or in function. For this reason, I have no complaints with this product. It gets 5 stars from me. I'm a very happy customer!
