I bought this global actually a couple of them for my grandchildren. It is really fun to play with. It's easier for the adults to grab then it is small children it glows so you can see the color swing around in it. I thought about trying it outside, but I'm afraid it might end up going too far not being able to catch it but it is a really fun ball. I will highly recommend this as a stocking stuffer.

Bought this for my 8 yr old grandkid and I believe he'd handle it with the respect it will need. Problem is, I have a 6 yr old and a 3 yr old that will break it for sure. Not their fault, it's just going to get smashed at some point with the excitement it brings. Needs adult supervision imo. It also works well once you get the hang of it...sort of. It requires a finesse that doesn't come with rambunctious children. Still, I like it enough to keep it and play with it when they visit. That's my thought....hope. $34 seems a high price. I do like the plug in charge, but it doesn't really last long. I'm not sure we got a half hour out of it. Fun at night outside - it can knock things down in your house.
