I love this burgundy velvet burnout kimono cardigan! It is truly beautiful. I am wearing it over a black velvet top and black velvet pants with black velvet flats. I'm too old to wear high heels, but if you want, go for it. I plan to wear this to a western wedding. We're a little more casual out here, and I think it will be beautiful with the right jewelry. And, if the young ladies say, "Bless her heart!" because I wear pants, who cares. My feet hurt, and I'm too old to care. My granddaughter approves, so there you go. This velvet burnout kimono is a showstopper, believe me! I am excited to wear it! This would also make a nice Christmas outfit for any family gathering! It is festive and lovely. One size fits all!

Thia is auper cute and got lots of compliments. I have worn it twice. The 1st day it was great no issues. Second day, unfortunately I started to leave a trail of red strings where ever I went. The fringe o. The bottom started to just untie and mulch everywhere. When I have a change I will need to go through each section and retie and glue it so it doesn't keep happening.

I've bought two of these kimonos. The first was a rose color. It's perfect and looks exactly like the photo. These pieces are beautiful. The weight is nice. They're flowy. The velvet is soft. The tassels are quality.
My complaints are that the grey and ivory is so grossly inaccurately described that it doesn't remotely represent the description. There is no grey and there is no ivory. The part that would be grey is a saturated slate cerulean blue and it's beautiful but the sheer part that should be ivory is definitely pink. Such a bummer because I love the pictured image so much more than what I got.
The "grey ivory" one also came SUPER WRINKLED and was just wadded up in the bag. Almost like it was a return by someone else who was equally disappointed with not getting what they thought they ordered.
