Great value for the price

This was very inexpensive so I didn't know what to expect. However, the device works very well and is accurate when testing against my Apple watch. It picks up heartrate quickly and has a nice multi color display that is easy to read. For the money, every home should have a device like this.
ALMOST perfect product

My suggestion for this product is that the app NOT have to be open on screen in order to save a reading. It's super inconvenient to have to stop and locate my phone, open the app, wait for it to load, then hope my dad hasn't lost his patience before my app catches a good reading to save. It would be ideal if it allowed readings to be captured and saved with the app running in the background, as long as Bluetooth is turned on. Thanks!
Oximeter vs App

Oximeter work fine. 5*
Changing limits is very tedious. 4*
Manual is adequate for the Oximeter but extremely poor for the App. 2*
Difficult to find app. 2*
Final expanded image of smart phone and read App name. Easily found and loaded. Once found worked. 3*
No details on how to collect data. 1*
Found out that data was saved when unit is removed from finger. Report saved as PDF can be useful for Dr/ patient review. Possibly diagnose or recommend seeing heart specialist based on erratic pulse shapes. Definitely worth the $$$. 5*

You need to use Alkaline batteries or SP02 will be about 4 points low

Everyone uses rechargeable batteries nowadays and it would be nice if this unit was calibrated to work with them. If your SP02 readings are consistently low and you're using rechargeable batteries, that's most likely the reason why it's reading low. Put some alkaline batteries in and will show proper SP02 readings or simply use rechargeables and add about 4 points to what SP02 shows. Heart rate and PI seem to be unaffected with either battery type.
Does the job.

Works good, gets the job done.. My only complaint is the beeping. I don't know if there's a way to make the beeping stop, but it annoys some of my patients.
