The media could not be loaded. Reading reviews I saw that people were having issues with the ball spinning- I think you just need to make sure you've added enough water. Mine wasn't spinning, I added more water and now it spins. It was a little noisy before adding more water also- once I added more water I can't hear it hardly at all.
I thought it was going to look cheep when I opened the package but once it's all assembled (which was very easy) it looks beautiful. I love it in my esthetics room!
