First let me tell you; I haven't even used this yet. It came about a week ago and I've been dreading setting it up.
My weights arrived today so I figured now is the time. I set my child on Minecraft mode and prepared for one to two hours of vulgarity and anger.
I open the box and find the instructions. There is an exploded diagram of about 100 parts big and small. Ok here we go.
Next page it says to basically unfold the bench. Wait what? I take the bench out and open the "tool bag". The bag has two pins and a nut.
CAN THIS POSSIBLY BE!?!? I slide the bench out and it's basically intact. Unfold it, slide in the pins. Screw on the nut. I'm friggin done son!
Hallelujah! I see what it will do and am very familiar with an adjustable bench. Totally good with this. Thank you.
9-21-23 follow up: The bench is pretty good. It's mostly stable. I think the feet could maybe each be an inch wider. Sometimes I do one leg squats with one leg on the bench; need to be careful it doesn't rock.
I don't adjust the seat very often. I'm only using dumbbells and I'm not roiding out so I don't need the extra seat leverage on incline bench. Overall I'm pleased with the bench.
