The 13 x 16.5 Inches KitchenStar Stainless Steel Pizza Peel with Folding Handle works perfectly for my needs. If you make 12" to 14" pizzas, I would NOT get the smaller version of this pizza peel. One warning, it is a tad heavy, but that doesn't bother me. The folding handle is nice. The thinness of the peel is perfect for putting in the pizza and taking it out. Much better than the wood one I have because the wood one is kind of thick.

I only gave this 4 stars because it's annoying to unfold/lock the handle. It works well - just remember it has perforations and if you sprinkle with corn meal to prevent sticking, you'll have cornmeal all over the floor (as I found out). That said, I'm happy with the product.
