Amazing for neck pain!

I have had horrible neck pain from a bulging disc in my neck. This pillow has been the only thing that has allowed me to sleep. It takes a little bit to get used to because it is sculpted, but it really does work! The pillow case keeps it cool and it's easy to wash. I've had it for 6 months now and it has held its shape perfectly! It is heavy since it's memory foam, but I pack it for every trip in my suitcase when I travel. If you are debating whether to get it, I highly recommend!

After a fall in which I broke my elbow, then my shoulder became frozen, I was having alot of neck pain and was desperate to find a solution for that problem, without going to a chiropractor or massage therepy, both of which I believe in, but, they're an expensive route to take. So, I thought that maybe a better pillow than the one I had, (a 'My Pillow') might help and boy did it ever!! Within a few days my neck pain was gone. I absoutly love this pillow!!! Here's what I learned when I started using it. This pillow has two different, for lack of a better description, 'neck heights'. First, I tried it on the lowest side, and while there was some relief, it didn't go away, so I fllipped the pillow over to the higher level and within 2 days I had the relief I was seeking!! I'm so impressed by how much the right pillow can help with issues like neck pain. If you decide to try this one, don't give up until you've tried using it ALL ways.

I'm a side sleeper and have always had extra support pillows, thinking that was the only way to do it. This pillow is different and much better for side sleepers. The well you let your head fall into is a bit small, but otherwise it does the trick

After a couple of weeks of run around by cushion lab, they tell me to contact Amazon for help. I only needed the pillow case replaced. Now the entire pillow is being replaced. Cushion lab seems to be like the Kirby vacuum company, good product, bad company.
The pillow is comfortable and supports my neck in side and back sleeping. Takes some getting used to. The pillow arrived with holes in the case. No response from manufacturer. The case is designed to be good for your skin and non frizz for your hair. Sometimes the texture of the case feels odd. I could wish for it to be a little thicker in the center. I am keeping it, wish manufacturer would have paid attention to the feedback link email I sent.

Fast forward a few weeks"¦we had a few trips planned. I didn't pack this pillow. Boy, did I regret it!!! I was so happy to be home with my Cushion Lab Deep Sleep pillow.
