I had a much smaller air fryer that 'died' after a couple of years. Saw ads for this product and read a lot of reviews, etc. Purchased it and have been using it non-stop for over a month and I just love it. Especially good at broiling steak and chicken pieces. Some mention that they don't like the 'loud beeps' after it preheats, 1/2 way through cooking, and when the cycle is completed. I like it just like it is because I'm not having to stay by the unit and watch the timer. I especially like the 1/2 way through cooking beeps because I have the opportunity to turn over the protein in a timely fashion. Very easy to clean all trays. Even made a small prime rib using the rotisserie feature and it worked like a dream. I did purchase the extended warranty (just in case), but find that I'm using this product multiple times a day. Sure saves time and energy versus using my full oven.

It took us a while to made a decision on this appliance but we're glad we chose it. The french doors are an asset because it eliminates the possibility of burning your wrist/arm when removing food from the oven. There is a learning curve for some things...temperatures and cooking times may be adjusted to your specific taste. We've followed several recipes to the tee and they have turned out perfect; while others needed to be tweaked. Either way, this was a great purchase and we're having fun trying out different things. All you need is a little patience.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Emeril Lagasse 26 QT Extra Large Air Fryer, Convection Toaster Oven with French Doors, Stainless Steel in August 2022 for $3000.00 with high hopes of enjoying delicious, healthy meals. However, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Initially, the air fryer worked well and delivered crispy and evenly cooked results. The convection toaster oven also performed adequately, providing consistent toasting and baking. However, in July 2022, the air fryer suddenly stopped working. Instead of generating heat, the air fryer began blowing cold air, rendering it useless for its intended purpose. Despite attempting various troubleshooting methods, including adjusting settings and temperature, the appliance failed to heat up and remained unresponsive. the appliance, it ultimately falls short in terms of performance and longevity. The inconvenience of dealing with a faulty air fryer has affected my overall satisfaction with this product. The sudden failure of the air fryer component left me with a non-functional appliance. I had high expectations for quality and reliability, leading me to regret this purchase.

Works really great! Cooks really fast. Love that the double doors open at the same time and doesn't flop back and burn me. Really appreciate that!

Yes I do love my Emeril Lagasse 360 air fryer which was a gift from my nice husband and not a free one. It is easy to use which is a must for me because I do not have the time or patience to take college classes to learn how to use anything. Everything I have cooked in it has been edible, some more edible than others as I am not a 5 star, or is that a 3 star, chef. If you are going to use the rotisserie to cook a whole chicken you MUST buy cooking string to wrap the bird up with or it will just flap around in the oven and won't turn well on the rotisserie "spit", (hate to use that word when speaking about food), and will make quite a mess. Do not leave things sitting on top of the oven while it's turned on and do NOT use ordinary plastic bowls in this oven because I know for a fact that they will melt! I wish it was bigger but I guess then it wouldn't fit in my small kitchen. I do recommend!
