Bought this product unsure if it would do what we needed it to do. We're still in the testing phase but I've got to say these guys have been amazing to work with. I was having issue with getting a stable signal and they went out of the way and above and beyond to help me figure out what was happening (turns out it was a cell tower issue and not an issue with the product). They called me back multiple times and offered several variations to test. They were willing to refund or exchange if it was a problem with their product. I can't recommend them more as far as customer support and just genuinely nice people. Hopefully we can confirm it's what we need on our next RV trip!

Product reviewing: HiBoost RV Cell Phone Booster Kit 4G 5G LTE Signal Boost. I use AT&T. I own a 19' camper van with 3 moon windows just behind the captain chairs.
I placed the Outside Omni-Directional Antenna in the middle back of roof and took the cable cord through my air conditioner vent, along the wall of a cabinet to about 3' in for best fit and screwed on inside wall of one of my top open cabinets. Then took the Inside Magnetic Antenna with 13ft Cable along top of cabinet using tea hooks to the last cabinet behind the captain driver side chair. I have 3 moon windows just above the cabinets on either side of captain chairs. Sometimes I would have to move the inside magnetic antenna to the other side. About 3x during my 4 week trip along the PNW coast I had to place the inside magnetic antenna on the dash which was cumbersome when living in the van. A few times I only had SOS... when under heavy trees and when out 5 miles on coast from a city so no towers around.
Though it is pricy for what you actually get, it did 95% of time do the job. I was able to make phone calls, text, use apps and get on websites.

I purchased to use in cargo trailer while traveling. Easy setup but couldn't connect to the app via Bluetooth. Contacted customer service and spoke with Yoselin who was very helpful. They told me my Bluetooth on phone and equipment were incompatible and sent me another booster for free. I hooked everything up again and the app connected. I did a speed test with and without the equipment hooked up. There was considerable improvement. I haven't tried this while traveling yet but hoping I have the same outcome. However, I'm going to have to brush up on the app because I'm really not sure how to use it.

It helps boost area signal. The inside portion attached easily to a metal light frame in the Living Room area of the Motorhome. We have been able to use data our cell phones without a separate Wi-Fi unit during travel. From Texas traveling east through five other states! No dropped calls, text messages delivered and received. Very pleased!

I made the choice to purchase a signal booster when I wasnt able to get a descent signal at home due to my living in a canyon where the only internet available was by using your cell phone or a mobile wi-fi router, either way cell based data was all there was. Due to my signal being hit and miss, streaming anything, especially High Def Video, was near impossible.

I did my due diligence as to what company I would give my hard earned dollar to, and in the end it was HiBoost that I decided to go with. This was for many reasons, their rating on Amazon, the fact that they had a lifetime Tech Support Team to assist in any questions or problems you may have, their price and product quality, the simplicity of their product, and a full three year warranty are just to name a few.

Since making my purchase I've learned a few things with my booster being in service now for almost a year, covering nine of the western states. Most of the time being used in the mountains and the remainder in the desert. The most impressive benefits of making this purchase was the performance of their product, whether in the Rocky Mountains or in the High Desert my HiBoost Cell signal booster worked every time.

Then to my pleasant surprise the customer service is bar none the best I've ever experienced in the over forty years of making retail or e-commerce purchases. My reason for saying this is based on three different individuals, the first being Selina who followed up on my purchase by sending me a letter of thanks along with all of the ways I could get in touch with the tech support.

As I'm a guy who can build or repair most anything I completed my installation with my reading only some of the instalation instructions. Even with that being the case, my signal did improve enough to make a difference. I just couldn't believe that it couldn't be better, so I sent an email to their tech support team to see if I wasn't doing something wrong.

To my surprise I got an immediate response back asking me to provide a number where I could be reached. It wasn't more than thirty minutes later I received a call from one of their technicians by the name of Noah who gave me some great tips to maximize my signal gain. Providing me his number so I could call him if needed. I followed his suggestions and saw an even better result with them being implemented.

I don't believe it was more than a month or two later when I received another tech support call from Aaron. He and Noah work together in tech support. I let him know that everything with my booster was working fine, and that their boss should give both of them a raise for the excellent job they were both doing in making sure that the customer was 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Finally, somehow during my move to the State of Wyoming, I misplaced my exterior antenna. So I contacted tech support and reached Noah once again. After telling him of my situation, he surprised me a few days later by letting me know what the tracking number was for the exterior antenna he had shipped out at no charge.

So I'm not sure about you and the experiences you've had when making purchases from vendors outside of Amazon, but based on the example set by HiBoost, I would recommend them to anyone needing to improve their cell signal at home or anywhere else.
