Water dispenser just stopped working; replaced by seller

Good dispenser, hot/cold water. Child protection.
Water quality is good enough - filter could be configured to to run faster water flow and slower (presumably, with better filtration).
To my opinion, this is better than having hot water pot at home.
However, there is a plot twist. After three months dispenser just started beeping randomly. And then - stopped working altogether. I'm just glad it didn't start a fire or something. Would strongly recommend thinking twice before buying it. Consider alternatives. If you already have it, "random beeping" seems to be the start of the bigger issue.
I contacted the seller and got replacement unit without much of the problems. Will keep an eye on its behavior.

I bought this to make baby formula in the middle of night, from the convenience of my bedroom. To that end the warm button is unreliable, and often comes out cold. I would touch the water and hit it with some hot water as needed. Not the biggest hassle, but not the one button solution I hoped it to be.
For purposes where temperature accuracy didn't matter, I absolutely love this. I am a huge fan of filtered water and dislike the taste of straight tap water. To that end these filters are great. I really enjoyed that discernable sweet taste of filtered water, especially hot, which is something I couldn't be bothered to make before (filter or kettle, pick one right? Who has time/patience for both). I really enjoy these cups of plain hot water, it's helping me stay hydrated and drink more water. It's also great for cheap bagged tea where temperature precision doesn't matter.

The machine itself has worked as advertised. Have already opened up, broken in, and made a few cups of tea. The tray you cup sits on is few wobbly and doesn't attached well but good enough if you're careful and VERY gentle. The filter is "ok". We had it on the medium setting and it just wouldn't filter after the 2 warm up loads the instructions dictated. We had to put it on high flow just to get it to work.
