There's always one little thing that can be improved upon in nearly every device. This coffee
cup warmer could use a custom designed coffee cup, sold as an option, to get the maximum utility for
the heat generated. I've tried several coffee cups and none are quite totally compatible. The
perfect coffee cup would have a large contact area on the bottom to absorb heat. The bottom
of the coffee cup would not be insulated from the fluid inside .... so the fluid would likely
increase in temperature .... especially if the initial temperature was 'luke warm'.

I have owned at least a dozen coffee warmers over the years. Most of them are either too underpowered to heat effectively or they require special mugs. Ignore the branding and marketing hype. Look for power. A warmer that's under about 24 watts will simply not keep a cup of coffee hot. Lukewarm at best.

This is the best I've found for heating power. Even the lowest of the three temperature settings is hotter than nearly every other product I've tried. Its large flat surface is easy to clean, though some may find it larger than they prefer.

The flaw is that it is too easy to inadvertently turn on and to change the temperature. Both functions are controlled by the same button. It's so sensitive that the slightest touch will change the setting. In the first week this happened several times to the point where I now unplug it when not in use -- which can be inconvenient on a desktop or table where the power cord is out of easy reach.

It's not enough to stop me from recommending the device, but buyers should be aware of the potential hazard and factor that in to their decision.

I use this warmer to put my coffee on most of the day. It keeps it nice and hot. The only thing to watch out for is that the touch switch is very sensitive. You can actually turn it on with a small tap above the switch. I put mine away when it's cool but I always check to make sure it's off. Great device!

Better Experience than I had even anticipated. I like hot coffee. Not too hot, but hot enough for me. My coffee cooled, over a short period of time, after having it brewed (Keurig) and while sipping it in the morning. I decided to try a warming plate. This one was the one I chose out of all the others- good price, good reviews. I had to run an extension cord from a nearby outlet to my side of the kitchen counter where I ate my breakfast. That was the biggest issue (not having an outlet nearby). But now, after 2 months, when I get up to feed the dog, I walk into the kitchen, turn on the warmer plate (3 choices of heat), turn on my Keurig, feed the dog, make the coffee and place it on the hot plate. Easy, peasy and meets everyone of my needs, in this arena. The only thing that prevents this from having a 5 star rating is the auto shut off is 4 hours and not self chosen. If not used, I only need it on for a few minutes and dislike having something hot stay "˜on' for any length of time with me being out of the room. I generally remember to turn it off before leaving the kitchen, but at least I know that if I forgot, it would shut itself off in 4 hours after having it turned on. Varying the time off would have been nice. Besides that, I love the unit, which is why I'm writing this review.

I was hesitant to buy this warmer because there were no reviews. I almost bought a different one from the same seller that had excellent reviews but did offer everything this one did. I figured I'd try because it's the same seller and return if it didn't work out.
It only came early this morning so I can't comment on the longevity but for everything else this warmer is everything and more! I love the 3 settings and realized the highest is great to warm up coffee that might not be quite hot enough and even gets it hotter than my coffee maker which is fantastic. The middle setting is perfect for maintaining temp without getting it too hot and I haven't tried the lowest but don't see a need to. It shuts off when I lift my cup which is great because I'm forgetful and has an auto shut off after 8 hours or you can program for 2, 4 or 8 hours. I frequently leave my coffee to do housework and come back to cold coffee that I either have to dump and waste, put in the microwave or drink cold. I left my cup for an hour today while cleaning and it wasn't just warm when I came back but nice and hot but not so hot I couldn't drink it.
I also love love that it can charge my devices at the same time. This will be a game changer for me for sure as long as it lasts a while. It's also easy enough to change rooms. I highly recommend and I'm glad the lack of reviews didn't dissuade me because I got a fantastic warmer/charger and at a great price!
Edit: I was concerned about how hot this made my table but the seller reached out and assured me it's been tested and deemed safe for all hard surfaces
