First, this mixer is just the right size and power to tackle most mixing needs and the suction cups on the bottom work well holding it in place while mixing.
That said, there are two big draw backs to be aware of.
In order to have easy access to attach the mixing attachments you must not have the mixing bowl in place.
If you have the mixing attachments on then attempt to put the mixing bowl in place you need to tip it at an awkward angle because the mixing head does not tilt back very far so with the attachment on makes it difficult.
If you attempt to put the attachment on after the bowl in in place the bowl gets in the way of attaching it.
Once both are in place, when you try to put your mix in the mixing bowl the mixing attachment gets in the way.
If you put your mix in before attaching the bowl you need to tilt the bowl to clear it under the mixing attachment thus the possibility of your mix spilling out of the bowl.
Two, although you have 6 speeds to choose from even on the slowest setting, 1, it still mixes to fast which can flip out what you have in your mixing bowl even with the splash shield in place due to the opening on the splash shield to pour liquids in while mixing.
Overall, a decent stand mixer for the price and time will show if it is durable too.

I purchased this mixer for smaller baking recipes rather than having to drag out my full size Kitchen Aid stand mixer, and it works great for that purpose. This is not a heavy duty machine, most all of it is plastic.
I like the portability of it and the minimum amt of space it takes up. It does a great job of mixing and blending, is easy to clean and operate. Only downside I found so far is that it is very loud, kind of like a mini cement mixer loud!

Powerful and easy to use, Christmas cookies were a breeze. My one complaint is that it's not possible to add ingredients while mixing. You have to stop and lift the paddle. A good buy for the price.

I bought this mixer in March for fun and ended up creating a business with it. This mixer is very reliable, easy to use, easier to clean, has suction cups to keep it in place, a safety setting so it doesn't turn on unless locked, dishwasher safe, compact size, not too loud"¦ it covers all the bases for a mixer and gets your job DONE! It has helped my little business blow up over the last five weeks. The price is well worth it!!

With that said, I was getting overloaded with orders and my mixer started to lose juice. I had 13 batches of cookies one day and it overheated and shut down on me. I let it cool off and it came right back up to finish these batches, then I switched to my other mixer to let it rest. A week ago, the mixer stopped spinning altogether. I was on the phone with product support (from Amazon) for over an hour trying to figure a way to get the mixer to start spinning again and after talking to four agents the mixer was confirmed dead.

Lemme go ahead and reiterate that I started a BUSINESS with this thing, DOZENS of orders every week along with icings and frostings, so I was using this a lot over the last month. I took really good care of it but I definitely used it more than your average baker. So I fully understand why it stopped working as intended. A little mixer like this was probably not meant to handle a load this big. And for the price, I was not upset when it was time to get a new one. I STILL RECOMMEND THIS MIXER!!

Anyway this is where the reliability really comes in. The manufacture immediately swept in and sent a replacement for my mixer and it just arrived on my doorstep!! I didn't realize that it's covered by a one year warranty. And now I'm back on track to get started on May orders and am so happy to not have to shell out a couple hundred for another kitchen aid.

If this happens again I would absolutely buy another mixer from this company and if I ever get to the point of having a brick and mortar company, I'd display this mixer in the front window. And if I do baking classes with kiddos, THEY WOULD USE THIS MIXER!

I've recommended this product to several people and would absolutely recommend it to you too. YOU WILL NOT BEAT THIS PRICE!! Customer service from manufacture is top tier! And I'm going to start baking right after this post.

I was looking for a mixer that wasn't too large as I have limited space in my kitchen, but would mix a batch of french bread better than my hand mixer. It is so lightweight which is also what I wanted since I was not leaving on the counter, but putting in my pantry. I can handle it with one hand to get it off the shelf.

It was a little tricky to get the blades in (and out the first time) as you have to push it way up before twisting. The suction on the bottom is very strong and sticks well to the counter - almost too strong.
I have to slide the mixer to the edge to get it off!
The mixer works very well and does a great job mixing the ingredients.
I am so happy I decided to buy it.
