These blocks were smaller than I anticipated. I purchased them for an almost two year old. None of the pieces were so small that the would have caused choking if they got into the mouth. The pieces require some coordination to build with. The lightness of the blocks might make them difficult to stack.

We have a painted bathtub, therefore any dropped hard toys will crack or chip the paint. These are perfect, the water really adheres them together.
